Eagles Pickup WR Cooper
By Lance Epstein
Hours after the 2010 NFL Draft has come to a completion the Philadelphia Eagles according to the Chattanooga Times Free Press have signed undrafted free agent rookie Blue Cooper out of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
In 2009, Cooper was named to the second-team All-Southern conference as he registered 84 receptions. Cooper (6-4, 200) does not possess the speed to be an elite wide receiver, but is a sure handed receiver with nice, soft hands.

Some scouts have compared Cooper to former Penn State product Joe Jurevicius due to his size and athletic ability to make plays over short cornerbacks.
On another side note, the last player the Eagles had on their roster from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga was none other than Terrell Owens.
Either way you can hear the Eagles fans saying, "You're my boy blue..."
